Andrade was recently confirmed for a blockbuster match at AEW Dynasty, and the Mexican star sent a bold two-word message about it.
Andrade made his comeback in AEW during a Collision episode in January 2026 after settling all legal disputes with WWE over a breached non-compete clause. Upon his return, El Idolo clearly stated his goal: he aims to become the World Champion. Andrade had a chance to become the No. 1 Contender at Grand Slam: Australia in February, but he unfortunately lost. Since then, the Mexican Star has been waiting for another opportunity to re-enter the scene while also managing his seemingly strained relationship with Don Callis after the Invisible Hand decided to align with MJF, a man Andrade strongly dislikes. The partnership between Callis and Friedman stems from the latter trying to avoid a fight with Darby Allin, who is also after the AEW World Title. The whole saga led to a match between Andrade and Allin at Dynasty, and if Darby wins, he earns a shot at MJF’s title.
Earlier today, Andrade responded to the official confirmation of his fight with the Relentless star with a confident two-word message, calling it an easy night.

Don Callis entrusted AEW star Andrade with Darby Allin’s bounty money
When Andrade returned to AEW, he quickly joined the Don Callis Family and remains an active member of the faction’s activities on TV. However, there has been tension between him and Callis because of Callis’s involvement with MJF. On a recent Dynamite, The Invisible Hand even gave Andrade a briefcase from Friedman that held bounty money to target Darby Allin.
« Andrade I need you to do me a solid Papi, I need you to accept this large amount of money on behalf of the Don Callis Family like only you can ’cause you are my money man. understand there’s a little conflict here ’cause you want the world title but you see Darby Allin has become a pest to MJF and I’ve agreed that we’re gonna take care of that problem for him in exchange for a lot of money, » Callis said.
Time will tell whether Andrade leaves the Don Callis Family in the near future.
